Performance Autopsy provides forensic performance analysis sessions focused on understanding execution breakdowns in high-stakes situations (e.g., exams, interviews, presentations).

We do not provide tutoring, admissions consulting, medical advice, or mental health services.

2. No Guarantees

Performance Autopsy makes no guarantees regarding:

• Score improvements
• Admissions outcomes
• Interview results
• Professional or academic success

All services are analytical and educational in nature.

3. Session Structure & Deliverables

A standard session includes:

• A live analytical session (typically 60–75 minutes)
• Review of submitted materials
• Post-session written insights or frameworks (when applicable)

Deliverables are interpretive and strategic, not prescriptive guarantees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Submit materials you have the right to share
• Use insights responsibly

5. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Full payment is required before services are delivered
• Prices are listed in USD

6. Refund Policy

Because services involve time-based analysis and preparation:

• No refunds are issued after a session has occurred
• Refunds may be granted if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, analyses, reports, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Performance Autopsy and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Performance Autopsy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive, unethical, or inappropriate conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
