Performance Autopsy provides personalized, time-reserved consulting services delivered live and through written analysis. Because these services involve advance preparation and dedicated time, the following refund policy applies.
All purchases of Performance Autopsy sessions are final once the session has occurred.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request a one-time reschedule provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Refunds may be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Because Performance Autopsy sessions include real-time analysis and custom insights tailored to each individual, refunds are not available after the session has taken place, regardless of outcome or satisfaction.
We do not offer refunds based on:
Sessions are non-transferable and may not be resold, reassigned, or exchanged for other services.
In rare cases involving emergencies or technical failures on our end, we may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion. These cases are evaluated individually.
